
Guacamole
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small onion
- 1 lime
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut garlic with a garlic press* and onions with the multi-cutter* very finely . Cut tomatoes into small cubes. Squeeze lime with the citrus queezer*.
- Cut both avocados in half, pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Discard the peel and seeds and place the flesh in a bowl*.
- Add the lime juice to the avocado and mash everything with a fork until it is finely mashed.
- Add the garlic, onion and tomatoes to the avocado puree and mix everything well. Then season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Let the dip sit in the refrigerator for about 1 -2 hours before serving. Serve them in a dip bowl*.
