This vegan spaetzle are easy and very quick to prepare. They are a delicious side dish and of course dairy-free and vegan.

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl*. Then add the oil the soy milk and mix slowly.
  • Mix the dough with a stirring spoon* until the dough bubbles.
  • The dough should run viscously from the spoon* without traveling. If the dough is too thick, simply stir in some more soy milk. The more liquid the dough is at the end, the longer the spaetzle will be.
  • Now boil plenty of salted water in a large pot and add the spaetzle to the water in stages using the spaetzle grater*.
  • As soon as the spaetzle float to the surface of the water, they are finished. Skim the spaetzle with the straining spoon* and briefly rinse them in cold water (so they don't stick together and keep their shape). Then keep warm in a bowl until all the other spaetzle are done.
