Ingredients
Burgersauce
- 250 ml vegan mayonnaise
- 3-4 tbsp finely diced pickles*
- 4 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar*
- 2 tsp paprika powder*
- 2 tsp garlic powder*
- 2 tsp onion powder*
- salt & pepper to taste
vegan mayonnaise
- 120 ml soy milk*
- 150 ml canola oil
- 1 tbsp (concentrated) lemon juice or: cider vinegar
Instructions

- If it's too runny, just add a little more oil. If it becomes too solid, add another dash of soy milk.
Burgersauce
- Mix the vegan mayonnaise with 3- 4 tbsp of cucumber relish (or finely diced pickles) and the remaining spices.
- Refrigerate the sauce for about 2 hours and let it infuse well before serving in a dip bowl*, for example.
