These vegan chickpea fritters are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are delicious as a side dish or ingredient for wraps. You easily can prepare them and take as a snack on the go. Of course, the balls are vegan and dairy-free.

  • Drain the chickpeas* and mash with the multi-cutter*. Add flour* and mix everything well.
  • Press the garlic and add to the chickpeas together with the finely diced onions and mix briefly. Pour the mixture into a bowl*.
  • Chop fresh parsley and add to the bowl with the spices. Mix everything until a homogeneous mass.
  • If the mixture does not form well enough, simply add another 1-2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs*.
  • Form small balls or patties form the mixture and fry on both sides in the non-stick pan* until golden brown. Then garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy your meal!

Notes

The falafel balls can be used very well as an ingredient for wraps. Also as a garnish for salads or as a snack with hummus and Arabic bread they fit perfectly!
