Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas* (drained weight 265g)
- 2 cloves garlic finely diced
- 1 kleine onion finely diced
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp spelt flour*
- ½ bunch fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp breadcrumps*
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the chickpeas* and mash with the multi-cutter*. Add flour* and mix everything well.
- Press the garlic and add to the chickpeas together with the finely diced onions and mix briefly. Pour the mixture into a bowl*.
- Chop fresh parsley and add to the bowl with the spices. Mix everything until a homogeneous mass.
- If the mixture does not form well enough, simply add another 1-2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs*.
- Form small balls or patties form the mixture and fry on both sides in the non-stick pan* until golden brown. Then garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy your meal!
