
scrambled tofu

Ingredients
- 200 g tofu* firm
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 small spring onions
- 2 tbsp soy sauce*
- 1 tsp turmeric*
- 1 tsp paprika powder*
- salt & pepper to taste
- ½ bunch of fresh chives
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil sunflower oil or canola oil
Instructions
- Mash tofu* with a fork. Dice tomatoes and cut spring onions into small rings.
- Deglaze with soy sauce* and season with turmeric, paprika powder, salt and bell pepper.
- Briefly sauté the tomatoes and spring onions. Finally, add the fresh chives and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
